Fees and Payment: Members are required to pay the Company's fees for the use of the Space and Services. Space and Services require full payment. The Company reserves the right to modify fees at any time and without notice.
Cancellation and Refunds: Members have the option to cancel their membership at any time with prior notice. Refunds will be issued at the Company's discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Members are liable for their own property and actions while in Space. The Company is not responsible for any personal property loss or damage. Members are responsible for all risks associated with using the Space and Services.
Termination: The Company may terminate this Agreement and revoke membership at any time without notice for any reason, including a breach of these terms and conditions.
Members agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information obtained from the Company or other members while using the Space and Services private and confidential.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state, and any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts.
